An impressive four year-long project, MMoser Associates worked with the global law firm, HFW to create a collaborative and sophisticated office space which promoted departmental cross-collaboration.
In their initial research, MMoser highlighted HFW employees need for improved flexibility, abundant daylight and London views. The business needed to weigh location, client impression and employee impact for the best outcome. MMoser prioritised buildings with excellent infrastructure, outdoor access and shared amenities, selecting the UK’s tallest BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A rated building, 8 Bishopsgate.
PlusFloors Composition LooseLay stone and woods were selected in the communal, break out and meeting areas echoing the calming design used throughout.
