For over eight decades, Steven Stone has been synonymous with craftsmanship, quality, and understated luxury. When it came to redesigning their London boutique, the aim was to create a space that reflected these values — elegant yet contemporary, refined yet inviting. Working alongside the design team, PlusFloor supplied a bespoke flooring solution that would elevate the retail experience from the ground up.

Set within London’s historic streets, the Steven Stone showroom required a design that honoured the brand’s heritage while embracing modern sophistication. The interior scheme blends classic architectural detailing with contemporary finishes, allowing the jewellery to take centre stage. The space balances soft lighting, geometric textures, and rich materials to create an atmosphere of calm, exclusivity, and timeless beauty.

To achieve the desired aesthetic, the designers selected a refined pairing from the PlusFloor Formation collection:

• Formation Pastel Blanc — a softly toned oak effect bringing warmth and lightness to the space, enhancing the natural flow between rooms.
• Formation Clouded Ice — a cool, modern complement with subtle grain detailing, adding depth and character while maintaining a neutral backdrop.

This combination introduced gentle contrast and visual movement underfoot, harmonising beautifully with the boutique’s soft greys, gold accents, and deep blue furnishings.

The finished boutique exudes quiet luxury — a perfect reflection of the Steven Stone brand. The PlusFloor Formation range provides the ideal balance of elegance and practicality, delivering durability for high footfall areas while ensuring the refined aesthetic demanded by a fine jewellery environment.
